| Aetna Walnut Creek, was a four month construction turn-key project which included a full space demolition and a new complete build out. |

Bevilacqua &
Sons developed a schedule that incorporated three separate phases which
broke up the 60,000sqft. space. For example when demolition for phase three was completed, sheetrocking for phase one and framing for phase two were starting. The schedule that was developed enabled us to complete this project in the required 4-month period. |
