Bevilacqua & Sons Inc. was selected and hired by Panattoni Development to convert 16-acres of undeveloped bay front property into a multi use business park.
Bevilacqua & Sons performed all pre-construction, value engineering, budgeting, scheduling and construction of four buildings, totaling 150,000 square feet. Our project management team also handled and maintained the SWPP program, worked with East Bay Mudd, PG&E, and the City of Pinole.
On 16 acres, this site presented three major challenges not typically seen on most developments. Bevilacqua & Sons was able to balance the site with restricted dirt; Relocate the City of Pinole’s main Aqueduct; as well as work over six live Chevron fuel lines, all while staying on budget and schedule to complete the project.
