      Bevilacqua & Sons was chosen by The Lurie Company in 1998 to be their Building Contractor for all of their San Francisco property, which included the historic buildings of 400 Montgomery, 417 Montgomery, and 901 Market.  Our scope of work included pricing out space plans for all  lease negotiations, all pre-construction, demolition, build-outs of core & shell, lobby and ADA work, as well as all tenant improvement construction in their buildings which included clients Anshen & Allen, National Labor Relations Board (NLRB),  and the Mark Hopkins.   Bevilacqua & Sons and the Lurie Company have been working together for more than 10-years.

      Bevilacqua & Sons was chosen by Spear Street Capitol and Cushman & Wakefield to renovate and upgrade the historic   114 Sansome Street building.   Our scope of work included demolition and construction of  multiple floors including corridor and lobby build outs,  new tenant build-outs, corridor upgrades, and ground floor construction for both Wells Fargo Financial and Mixt Greens Restaurant.   We provide all pre-construction services and pricing of space plans for all lease negotiations.
