Project / Construction Management

Below is a demonstration of the construction management principles that would be utilized by Bevilacqua & Sons during the course of the project:

1.   
Schedule
 Provide a detailed construction schedule with a guaranteed completion date.
Maintain and update through the construction process.

2.    Supervision of Job
All subcontractors will be closely supervised through the completion of the project to insure that the materials furnished and the work performed is in accordance with drawings, specifications and building requirements.
Coordinate and monitor the performance of all subcontractors, testing agencies and city inspectors to insure that the project remains on schedule and all work is executed in accordance with building standards.

3.    Job Meetings
Conduct job meetings and coordinate all parties concerned with the project.
Minutes will be taken at each job meeting and distributed to the appropriate parties.

4.    Punch List
Supervise and insure completion of all punch list items
